The Advantage

Whilst this approach can be applied at enterprise scale and completely transform an organisation, it can also be used tactically. There is no special training required for your people. Activities can be cost or time boxed. Every mundane action or bad habit you break saves you dollars.
The act of allowing employee or stakeholder to be involved increases engagement and momentum.

The advantage is real results

Applying these principles with my own IT team, delivery went from 3 projects (2 of which needed to be stopped) in the first six months to multiple concurrent projects (15+ projects delivered) including a full infrastructure refresh in 18months and a $1million operational cost saving.

As an approach it is designed to assist executive leaders, chief information / technology officers, strategic thinkers and those responsible for delivering change to achieve tangible results whilst navigating disruption and building resilience in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world.
It can be used to augment, or supplement existing change / project activities thereby saving costs, errors and time or used more strategically for enterprise transformation.
Strategic use considers the potential of new models, new technology, internet of things, artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain et al to leapfrog legacy solutions and traditional thinking.
This approach is grounded in science. It is based on deep experience and practice with a pragmatic application of complexity theory and guidance from local and global thought leaders.
